spice N bloom (“we”, “us”, “our”) makes handmade soap and bath bombs in small batches. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or place an order, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information in a few different ways:
- Information you give us directly — your name, email address, shipping address and payment details when you place an order or sign up for the newsletter.
- Information collected automatically — your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you visit, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from third parties — such as our payment processor confirming a transaction was completed.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfil your orders, including shipping and support.
- Send order confirmations and updates about your purchase.
- Send the newsletter, if you’ve opted in, and let you unsubscribe at any time.
- Improve the site, our products and the overall shopping experience.
- Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the site.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember items in your cart, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site work.
Sharing your information
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business — payment processors, shipping carriers and email delivery services — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service, or when required by law.
Data retention
We keep order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing emails at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
